Shipping policy

This policy applies to all international orders of apparel, eyewear, jewelry and accessories from our store. We provide global cross-border shipping services covering most countries and regions worldwide. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, and special peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas).

Standard international shipping takes 7–20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country, local logistics efficiency and customs clearance progress. Expedited shipping options are available for selected regions with shorter delivery time. Customers shall bear the shipping fee displayed on the checkout page; free shipping services are provided for orders that meet our specified consumption threshold.

All international shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, as we have no control over local customs policies. We will strictly inspect and package all apparel, eyewear and jewelry products before shipment to ensure intact delivery. For logistics delays, loss or damage caused by customs inspection, force majeure events and third-party logistics reasons, we will provide active assistance for verification and follow-up, but do not assume corresponding compensation liabilities.
